Natchez Trace State Park, TN: A very relaxing day, hanging at our site overlooking the lake at Natchez Trace SP.   After my morning bike ride, we both parked our butts under the shade of a beautiful little tree and read or waited for cell serivce to magically reappear.  I finally bailed from the data hungery devices and joined Barbara in using the iPad for reading.  Napping was also on the agenda.

We had some visitors show up on our front yard and I followed them around asking for autographs.

The thought behind these photos is to give you a glimpse of what being on the road is about and that sometimes, finding a relaxing and quiet campground is ideal to get off the beaten trail, bringing the blood preassure down, enjoying nature, just what the doctor ordered.  Nothing spectacular here, just a serene stop on our journey West.  Yes, I'm sure there will be amazing vistas as we head down the road.  As you'll see, this wasn't so bad.
