Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant, Leiper's Fork, TN: Last day in Nashville.  We took a Sunday drive down to Leiper's Fork to look at some property for the kids.  Before the land hunt we had to check out Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant in this cool, ten building town.   My internet research proved right.  This was a cool, little artist colony about 20 minutes south west of Franklin.    Unbeknown to us, it was Biker Sunday.  

Wahoo, we ate and boogied to the blue grass jazz trio, hanging with the locals and biker dudes and chicks.   Friendly as all get out.  In a moment of serendipity, we met a family sitting next to us who just happen to have 5 acres they were thinking about selling, ajoining their property.   I think we both sensed good family vibes between us so they invited us after lunch to stop by their 45 acre parcel and beautiful 6 bed 5 bath house and then showed us the 5 acres they were thinking of giving up.    The house on the lot was a tear down but the five acres were a great and we all got pretty excited.   After having looked at several other properties, this is at the top of the list.   There was electricy and water already on the wooded property and it was ready to build.   Christy's boyfriend, Ryan, is a builder and they are excited to design and construct their dream home.  Our grandson, Bastille, thought the fence post was great for teething.
