Lake Mead Recreactiona Area, RV Campground, Lake Mead, Nevada:  We were craving the Pacific Ocean of home.  We've been land locked for so long and needed to see some water.  Lake Mead provided us with a little taste.  We picked a great campsite in a sparsely inhabited National Recreacdtional campground.  Temp was 85 but very windy.  

Our good friend and frequent travel buddy Pat Kearns and his good friend Sally met us at our site and we talked for hours, walked down to what was called a beach and made our way to Boulder City for dinner.  They stayed at Hotel Casino 5 minutes away shown in the  photo from that last album.  We had such a great time catching up.
