Astoria, OR:  We had a bunch of errands to do in Astoria before we crossed the bridge and headed into Washingtons state.  First we filled our tank with gas at $2.09 a gallon at Costco. Lowest price ever.  We then ventured into Pig and Pancakes for breakfast.  What's the deal with these breakfast places in Oregon with the wacky names.   Go figure.  We then stopped by a bike shop in the middle of old town which was pretty cool.  Another cool town along the Oregon coast.  It was then time to say aloha to Oregon so we hopped on the bridge, crossed the Columbia River and moved our adventure to Washington.
