Bike Paths in Ft Stevens State Park, Warrenton, OR: By far the best biking environment in an Oregon State Park that we visited. On our first day both of us rode 3 miles. 6 mile round trip, through what we called the enchanted forest and across a wetland sanctuary to the Ft Steven Batteries and Museum. Second day I took the 10 mile round trip ride out to the point in cloudy weather.
We enjoyed returning back to a forest camp site and we got a good one, backing down a long site pad with full hook up, surrounded with tall trees and lush ferns. Looks like weather is going to be a bit wet and cold as we finish up our Pacfic Northwest Tour. We shouldn't grumble as we've really lucked out with very little rain in our first three weeks.
